Early morning visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, on decorated Tongas (Horse Carriage). The Taj Mahal is a must-see. Made of white marble, it was built in Agra between 1631 and 1648 by order of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favourite wife. The Taj Mahal is the jewel of Muslim art in India and on the Unesco Heritage list.
After breakfast drive to Pink City Jaipur, en route visit the deserted Red sandstone city, Fatehpur Sikri Built by Akbar the Great in the 16th century to serve as the capital of his Mughal Empire before it shifted to Agra.
